Shipping Times
Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.
Once shipped, your order should arrive within an additional 3–5 business days, depending on the carrier and your location.
Local Pickup
If you’re local and would like to arrange a pickup, please contact us to schedule a convenient time.
Faster Local Delivery
If you are located in Rabat, Salé, Témara, Ain Attig, or Tamesna, your order may arrive faster.
Shipping to these areas typically takes about 1 business day once your package has been shipped.
Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us because the address was entered incorrectly, the buyer is responsible for paying for reshipping.
We are not responsible for shipping delays once the package is handed over to the shipping carrier. However, we will always do our best to help resolve any issues.
Once a tracking number is provided, no changes can be made to the order.

Due to the personal nature of our handmade soap and skincare products, we cannot accept returns and all sales are final.
That said, we want you to be completely happy with your order. If you have any issue with your purchase, please reach out so we can help find a solution.
