• Where: Nationwide (all cities and towns in Morocco)
• Tracking: Provided once the order ships

This is our default shipping option for most orders.

2. Local Delivery / Fast Shipping

If you are located in Rabat, Salé, Témara, Ain Attig, or Tamesna, your order may arrive faster.

• Estimated Delivery: 1 business day after shipment
• How to Use: Select local delivery at checkout or contact us to arrange pickup/delivery

3. Local Pickup

• Available for customers near our location.
• How it works: Contact us to schedule a convenient time to pick up your order.

4. International Shipping

• For customers outside Morocco, we ship via FedEx.
• Delivery Times: Varies by destination (FedEx tracking provided).
• Please note that international shipping costs and customs duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

5. Shipping Notes & Important Information

• We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
• Once a tracking number is provided, no changes can be made to the order.
